We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect usage and analytics data — such as pages visited and general site activity — through Google Analytics, and on some pages the Meta Pixel, to understand how the Service is used and improve it.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service, process payments, and send account-related emails. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and save your preferences. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies on every page, and on pages reached from our Meta ads the Meta Pixel sets advertising and attribution cookies. We do not use either to sell your personal data. You can opt out at any time through your browser's cookie settings, Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or your Meta ad preferences.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and subject to their security standards.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@fluentsaigon.com. We will respond within 30 days.
