By accessing or using FluentSaigon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
FluentSaigon provides an interactive Vietnamese language learning platform including flashcard quizzes, reference guides, and educational content. We offer both free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers. The content and features available to you depend on your subscription level.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Free Trial: New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time except as covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
All content on FluentSaigon, including but not limited to quiz questions, reference guides, design elements, and code, is the property of FluentSaigon and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use automated tools to scrape or download content; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the educational content will result in any specific language learning outcomes. Language learning results vary by individual effort and practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluentSaigon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
