By accessing or using FluentSaigon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
FluentSaigon provides Vietnamese reference guides, audio recordings, and practice quizzes for travelers, focused on the Saigon dialect. Part of the content is available free of charge. The remainder is unlocked by purchasing a Saigon Traveler Pass. Which content is available to you depends on whether you hold an active Pass.
The Saigon Traveler Pass is a one-time payment of US$15.00 that unlocks the paid content for 90 days from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription. There is no recurring charge, no automatic renewal, and nothing to cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your card details.
Access Period: Access begins when your payment is confirmed and ends 90 days later. If you purchase an additional Pass while one is still active, the remaining time is added to it, up to a maximum of 365 days of accumulated access. When a Pass expires, your account remains open and the free content remains available.
Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days of your payment, contact us and we will refund you in full. Refund requests are handled by email at support@fluentsaigon.com.
Complimentary and Promotional Access: Access granted by promotion code, gift, or directly by us is provided at our discretion, may carry a different access period, and is not eligible for a refund.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
All content on FluentSaigon, including but not limited to quiz questions, reference guides, design elements, and code, is the property of FluentSaigon and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use automated tools to scrape or download content; (e) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the educational content will result in any specific language learning outcomes. Language learning results vary by individual effort and practice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluentSaigon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
